  • Almost every kind of appliance including most major brands. Winkler Service is a certified service provider for Whirlpool and Frigidaire warranty claims.

What does a service call cost?

  • The starting fee for a service call is $65 plus mileage (if the call is out of the area).

What does the service call consist of?

  • The $65 service call fee includes the initial diagnosis and the first 30 minutes.

What areas do you service?

  • Winkler Service travels to the Temple and Belton areas. Any call outside of this area will be subject to a small mileage charge.

What is the hourly rate for labor?

  • The hourly rate is roughly $40 an hour depending on how extensive the work is.

Is there any type of warranty?

  • Yes, there is a 30 day warranty on labor and a 60 day warranty on parts.

Can I purchase parts and have Winkler Service install them?

  • Yes, however those parts will not be covered under our parts warranty and we are not responsible for a missed self-diagnosis.
